About This Episode
Ben is very open in this interview discussing micro post traumatic stress for riders, how the same factor will affect two different riders in very different ways.

He discusses older riders returning to horses and expands generally on some confidence tips for all riders.

Parents who do not have a background with horses receive some advice from Ben about the additional education that will benefit them as they support their child horse rider.
